DeConcrete project main objective is to enhance cross border Arctic Technologies Cooperation between industry, academic and R&D communities for growth of circular economy in the Kolarctic region by developing new approaches to reuse and recycle construction materials (concrete) concerning the environment and cold climate traits in a sustainable way.
