Sammendrag

A project to improve the quality of teacher education with regard to reading, writing and mathematics in Namibia Ongwediva College of Education, Faculty of Education University of Namibia and Hedmark University College have agreed to cooperate to enhance teacher education with regard to prevention, identification and intervention of reading and writing difficulties within a multi-lingual context. This field of cooperation is chosen because this is a very needed and prioritized field for upgrading in teacher education in Namibia and this is a field of very high priority and competence at Hedmark University College.
