Sammendrag
The compendium is to be an introduction to didactics in social science
for teacher training students. It will discuss the distinctive
aspects of history, geography and social studies as university subjects
and as subjects in a classroom, and will focus on the similarities and
differences of the objectives and content of these study areas. In this
connection, it will focus on social studies in L-97 (National
Curriculum-97). An important part of the work will be to strengthen the
students’ skills at didactic reflection. Our work will also give
some examples of how to teach social science in the classroom. To create
appropriate continuity of classroom presentation, the disciplines dealt with
(history, geography and social studies) will all share a common
thematic ground, from which examples will be taken.
