The objectives of this project is: 1) to develop new Theortically informed understandings and perspectives on the Nordic model of work/family adaptions 2) Contribute to new empirical knowledge on work/family adaptionswithin the Nordic model through examiniation of possibilities and dilemmas within three empirical research contexts 2) Situate the Norwegian model in an international context through international collaboration and a comparative book project
