We wish to assess whether a targetted campaign towards migrants will lead to increase testing for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19. Migrants living in half of Norway's municipalties, allocated by randomisation, will be targetted through social media, with a message encouraging everyone to get a COVID-19 test. To measure the impact of the campaign, we will compare testing rates among migrants living in these municipalities, with migrants lving in the remaining municipaltites, where we will not be running a social media campaign. Data on country of birth, address (municipality), and testing will be extracted from the Norwegian Emergency Register for COVID-19.
