During the project's first phase, we researched the relationship between anatomical structure and aesthetic values in dance. During the first phase, we measured 50 dancers to see any anatomical and anthropometric differences between ballet and contemporary dancers. We found significant differences in bone density. It is an important discovery because we must find out what causes this difference. Dr. Irina Kalabiska, Dr. Míra Ambrus, Ádám Uhlár sports physiology researchers, Zsuzsanna Rózsavölgyi choreographer, movement researcher, will measure the KHIO students. The research project's main topic is to see if there is any different anthropometry data between the ballet, jazz, and contemporary dancers and find out what causes the differences.
