Pilot Project for the Axess Group

This project report is the result of the course "Prosjektstyring INT8001" at HiST, Sør-Trøndelag University College. An external company is the owner of the pilot project's results. The external company in question is a provider of integrity management and engineering services within the oil & gas industry, primarily in Norway. The purpose of this pilot project has been to aid in the preliminary planning for a merger between the company's Norwegian subsidiariesas. This has been done on request from the company's chief financial officer. The report has been distrubuted internally to the project owner.
