Sammendrag

The present report is a framework for a bilateral program on quality development for learning in higher education and working life. The report focuses on engineering education and learning in industry. It is an initiative for collaboration between Stanford University and Higher Education and industry in Norway, The program is based on participation in the award-winning course Engineering 310 Entrepreneurship at Stanford and focus on quality development for learning, by formative evaluation, in education and in industrial development projects. The participation is based on development projects by students in Learning Networks between academia and industry. It will include exchange of students and staff, and participation in a global network.
