Deliverable 2.7 Stakeholder Interaction Manual PartIII

Sammendrag

This deliverable is the third part of the stakeholder interaction manual being prepared in the Citizen Sensing project. It contains a number of participatory exercises that could be performed with designated endusers and their representatives to inform and guide the communication process between Citizen Sensing researchers and stakeholders through the set-up, use and evaluation of the Participatory Risk Management System. After a brief introduction, the section ‘Getting started’ takes up information related to: participants, exercises, aims, outcomes, workshop preparations, equipment, suggested workshops, and engagement with citizens and involved organizational partners. The workshop, Assessing stakeholders’ perspectives contains a number of exercises that can be conducted during one occasion, as suggested in this manual, or they could be spread out during a number of stakeholder interactions. Appendices I and II contain the post-campaign surveys and interview guides. Appendix III contains a short guide demonstrating the web portal including screenshots.
