Supply Chain Management for the LNG Business

We consider an LNG (liquefied natural gas) actor’s supply chain, consisting of liquefaction plants, sea transportation, and regasification terminals. To achieve the greatest possible profit from this supply chain, the LNG actor gets support from an optimization model and associated solution approach. The model is integrating the inventory management at both liquefaction plants and regasification terminal as well as the as the ship routing and scheduling.
