Innotool is a digital toolbox for strategic leadership of innovative networks. The purpose of Innotool is to give access to a set of tools useful in developing and maintaining innovative networks. The tools are based on "Toolbox 2.0 for Strategic Leadership of Innovative Networks: Four exercises to establish and revitalize networks – and seven pieces of advice for good network management” by Øyvind Heimset Larsen, Jon Gunnar Nesse and Ingjerd Skogseid. Innotool has a practical approach. The tools consist of short introductions to the current topic, and a set of exercises. You will also find cases along the way, providing useful context and inspiration.
