Vision Improvement through Stimulation in Primary School Pupils: Tanzania

Sammendrag

Good vision is essential in children’s learning and development. Pupils with vision problems might be mistakenly evaluated as being hyperactive, passive or having dyslexia. The aim of this study was to detect pupils with disturbed vision in a primary school in Tanzania and try out if structured vision lessons could be of any help. They had no low vision or blindness but vision reductions which could disturb reading and learning.
