Sammendrag

In the ECEC's; What do parents highlight as most important related to diversity and indigenous culture? – and what does the EC teacher education do with this knowledge? The overall aim and preliminary findings . The overall aim of our part of the study is to gain knowledge of what parents highlight as most important related to diversity and indigenous culture in ECEC, and how to develop and secure the implementation of diversity and indigenous knowledge in our EC teacher programs. What kind of aspects do parents highlight regarding the ECEC curriculum, especially considering contents such as diversity and indigenous knowledge. Preliminary findings from the survey will be presented and discussed. Background Part of the European Quality Seal study (EQS) Led by prof Wolfgang Tietze and PädQUIS® gGmbH and prof Elisabeth Bjørnestad Norway. 13 participating countries A survey study for educators, parents, students and administrators
