Single Event Effects in IDE3466 Readout IC for the RADEM and NORM Space Radiation Monitors

The IDE3466, a mixed-signal ASIC used as detector readout in space radiation monitors Radiation-hard Electron Monitor/Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (RADEM / JUICE) and Norwegian Radiation Monitor/Arctic Satellite Broadband Mission (NORM / ASBM), shows no single event latch-up below 81.5 MeV cm 2 /mg, no single event upset below 55 MeV cm 2 /mg, and no single event transient below 3.3 MeV cm 2 /mg.
