Exploring approaches for collaboration in a project life cycle perspective

To succeed at all levels, all project phases should be managed carefully, that is taking the whole project life cycle into consideration- from the front-end phase, throughout the implementation and during the operational phase. An essential aspect in this manner is human and societal perspectives, and among these the willingness, ability, and capability to collaborate. In this presentation insight into how collaboration can be managed throughout the project life cycle is provided.
