Mixing Ink

Sammendrag

Guest Artist Katherine Jones delivered an artist's talk and workshop. Students observed at first hand tacit knowledge when mixing, blending and layering colour ink in the workshop. This was supported by material artefacts, recipes, handwritten notes and charts for participants to explore further. Students learnt to co-operate together to complete a multi-plate collagraph edition.
