Akma 2-Ocean Senses Expedition on RV Kronprins Haakon

The video reportage of both the field scientific research and the formation activities that took place during the AKMA2/Ocean Senses in May 2022 on RV Kronprins Haakon. The UN Ocean Decade highlighted the importance of better understanding ocean environments, for future sustainable development. The CAGE22-1 AKMA2/Ocean Senses research expedition answers this request by gathering geoscientists from different areas of interest and cultural backgrounds, to develop multidisciplinary research outlets which can involve a wide part of the scientific community. The AKMA team would like to thank the Officers and Crew of the RV Kronprins Haakon for the valuable assistance at sea. We are also grateful to all cruise participants for the passion, great professionalism and efficiency demonstrated during the expedition.
