Sammendrag

A new electromagnetic approach for modeling of microwave and photonic 2D and 3D nonlinear nanostructures is proposed using the decomposition method based on the nonlinear autonomous blocks with virtual Floquet channels (NABFs). To determine the NAFBs descriptors an iterative computational process for solving the nonlinear Maxwell's equations with the non-asymptotic radiation boundary conditions is performed using the projection method. The iteration method of recomposition of NABFs is developed using the linearization of NABFs descriptors. Using the NABFs method the accurate electromagnetic modeling of propagation, diffraction and nonlinear interactions of electromagnetic waves in the nano-periodic arrays of ferrite spheres with strong magnetic exchange interaction is performed.
