Verification results on the Safe PC concept

The purpose of this report is to documents the work carried out in connection with the verification and assessment of the Safe PC proof of concept. The work has been carried out in following phases: � Review of safety requirements specification (Deliverable D 2.1) against IEC61508 part. 3 (Software) � resulting also in the updated assessment plan (Deliverable D 6.1b) � Review of FMEA (Deliverable D 4.2 annex 3) against design documentation (Deliverable D 4.2) and checking for completeness and consistency. � Review of test scenarios, Fault Injection Test (FIT) cases and overall test results in deliverable D 6.4 against requirements and FMEA. � Performing static code review (Deliverable D 5.3) � Witnessing of selected tests in test scenarios 1.1 (13th December 2003), 1.2 (20th February 2004) and 2.0 (4th May 2004) at Emtrion, Karlsruhe
