This paper proposes a modelling tool that evaluates the organizational ROI (return on investment) of different
collaborative strategies. This decision-making tool has been developed to identify the most effective collaborative
strategies for any given situation, in order to improve collaborative performance. Collaborative phenomena are
classified as subjective, intersubjective, objective or interobjective for a comprehensive overview of relevant aspects. For evaluation and comparison of different collaborative strategies, the model uses performance measurement methods.
