Vocational Education: Apprentice Learning at the Workplace

This paper present findings from a study exploring learning potentials embedded in the workplace as learning environments for apprentices. Both apprentices and their workplace trainers are interviewed. Here we focus on the apprentices participation in prestructured learning activities, everyday learning, and how they participated and positioned themselves at the workplace.
