Easy Money-Who pays the bill? Encouraging financial literacy in Uganda

This chapter describes an example of teaching financial literacy carried out in Kampala, Uganda. The book in which it is published draws on the many practical examples of Education for Sustainable Development from different parts of the world. The cases and outlines for education for sustainable development presented here are intended to help teachers, schools and civil society organizations get a firmer grasp on these topics and provide them with ideas and initiatives. The book is based on the collaboration of members of the Consumer Citizenship Network and is a contribution to the international UN Decaded on Education for Sustainable Development. Den er en del av boken som presenterer undervisningseksempler fra forskjellige steder i verden som fokuserer på utdanning for bærekraftig forbruk og utvikling. Det er et bidrag til FNs utdanningstiåret for bærekraftig utvikling og gir lærerer, studenter og organisasjoner ideer og veiledning om temaer knyttet til bærekraftig livstil og forbruk.
